Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Biddis Edit and Biddis Lifestyle Design. “You” refers to the customer.
By using our website, placing an order, requesting samples or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Product availability may vary and all orders are subject to supplier availability.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure photographs, descriptions and specifications are accurate.
However:
Colours may vary between screens and printed materials.
Natural products may vary in colour, pattern, grain or texture.
Samples are intended as a guide only.
Product images are for illustration purposes.
We recommend viewing samples before placing larger orders.
Samples
We offer sample services across selected product ranges.
Samples are intended to assist with decision-making and may not exactly represent the final appearance, scale, batch variation or finish of a product.
Sample availability is subject to supplier stock.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order has been placed with a supplier, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Estimated lead times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, couriers or events outside our control.
Paint Orders
Paint colours may vary depending on surface preparation, application method and lighting conditions.
Due to the nature of paint products, opened paint, mixed paint and specially ordered paint are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
Little Greene next-day delivery times are subject to product availability and supplier schedules.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products
Many products supplied by The Biddis Edit are manufactured specifically for individual customers.
These may include:
Curtains
Cushions
Upholstered headboards
Blinds
Bespoke furniture
Framing services
Custom upholstery
Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has commenced unless the item is faulty.
Picture Framing
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights or permissions required for any item submitted for framing.
Whilst every care is taken when handling artwork, photographs, medals and memorabilia, items are submitted at the customer’s own risk.
We recommend customers notify us of any items with significant monetary or sentimental value prior to framing.
Power Hour Consultations
Power Hour appointments must be booked in advance.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Advice provided during consultations is based on the information available at the time and should be treated as professional guidance rather than a guarantee of outcome.
Returns & Refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Stock items may be eligible for return subject to:
Being unused
Being in original packaging
Being returned within the agreed period
Bespoke, made-to-order and personalised goods are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
Certain products such as paint, cut flooring, custom blinds and made-to-order goods may be excluded from standard returns.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Biddis Edit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, services or website.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, photography, branding and design, remains the property of The Biddis Edit or its licensors.
